    Responsibilities

    • Create, develop, and maintain project schedules and integrate them using MS Project into the IMS.
    • Designs, develops, evaluates and modifies end-to-end group level system schedules.
    • Monitors project to ensure work scope & schedule are well defined and maintained.
    • Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
    • Shall conduct performance/project analyses during phase-down to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs.
    • Will work directly with customers to define enterprise scheduling processes and best practices across the organization.
    • Communication: briefing team plans, status, and technical recommendations to large audiences or individual senior management personnel.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for technical/operational leadership of the group level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
    • Defines, generates, and reviews project requirements and system milestones.
     

    Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Design and maintenance of an enterprise Integrated Master Schedule
    • Project Schedule Creation and Maintenance using MS Project
    • Creation of Power Point presentations - Briefing of project status
    • Analysis of project schedules such as critical path and provide gap analysis based on project team inputs
    • Adhoc schedule management activities as needed
    • Work with project leads to plan and integrate schedules across the group

    Qualifications

    Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.
