    The Senior Research Scientist will be part of a small multi-disciplinary team focused on cutting ege technology. Responsibilities include:

    • Develop signal processing algorithms for RF sesing and communications applications.
    • Algorithm Development will be for both real-time applicationson embedded processors and non-real-time applications operationg on stored data.
    • Algorithmic areas of interest include signal detection, classification, geolocation (direction finding and time-difference-of-arrival techniques, eg.g.) on both multi-antenna single platforms and distributed RF


    • Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.
    • Masters Or Ph.D in signal processing (preferred)
    • Familiarity with Python and/or Matlab for signal processing applications
    • Signal processing algorithm development experience
    • Understanding of distributed sensor fusion a plus
    • Requires expertise and experience with implementation of wireless signal processing algorithms for detection, identification and geolocation of RF signals.
    • Specific experience with multi-aperature/antenna array algorithms is especially sought.
    • Demonstrated abilitiy to devise, simulate and evaluate signal processing algorithms 
    • Prior SDR development experience with Gnu Radio Companion and GR flowgraphs is strongly preferred.
    • Candidate must be willing and able to obtain a government security clearance at the secret level.
